As part of the Hall of Fame Program at DataOn 15th Annual HR Conference 2025, SunFish HR invites all clients and users to participate in sharing their experiences on G2 and Gartner Peer Insights.
Your feedback provides valuable insight into how SunFish supports your organization’s HR transformation, while helping others across industries make informed decisions through trusted global review platforms. Check the Terms & Conditions below to learn how you can take part in The Hall of Fame Program and claim your rewards.
Eligibility
- The participant must be an existing SunFish HR client or active user.
- Participants must not have submitted a previous review for SunFish HR on G2 or Gartner.
- Participants may submit more than one review if eligible under different organizations or accounts; however, the review reward will only be granted once per participant, regardless of the number of reviews submitted.
On-site Review Process
- Visit the Customer Booth at the DataOn 15th Annual Conference 2025.
- Our booth team will guide participants through the review submission process.
- After completing the review on-site, participants are required to fill in a short verification form containing:
- Full name (as used in the review)
- Company name
- Business email address
- Mobile phone number
- DataOn Sales representative who assisted the submission
- Once the review submission is completed on-site, the participant is entitled to receive a MAP Gift Voucher worth IDR 50,000 per platform/user.
- Participants who submit reviews on both G2 and Gartner are eligible for a total voucher of IDR 100,000.
- The voucher will be granted immediately after the review successfully submitted, even if not yet published.
- Approved and published reviews on G2 or Gartner will be eligible for an additional MAP Gift Voucher worth IDR 500,000 per platform/user/review.
- The additional voucher will be sent directly to the participant once the review publication is verified by DataOn’s team.
- The booth team will document the voucher handover process with a photo as proof of claim for administrative purposes.
Alternative Option
- Participants who are unable or unwilling to submit a review on-site may leave their contact details and will be contacted later for remote review assistance.
Terms & Conditions: SunFish HR Mobile App Review
To celebrate our valued users, SunFish HR encourages all participants to take part in the Mobile App Review Activity at the conference.
By submitting your feedback and rating through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, you help us understand how the SunFish Mobile App enhances your daily HR experience and stand a chance to win exciting prizes through our exclusive on-site Air Ball Raffle. Please review the Terms & Conditions below before joining The Hall of Fame Program:
Eligibility
- Open to all conference participants who have the SunFish HR Mobile App installed and can log in to their real account.
- Participants do not need to be official clients but must be verified users of the app.
On-site Review Process
- Visit the Customer Booth at the DataOn 15th Annual Conference 2025 and log in to the SunFish HR Mobile App.
- Submit a review and provide your rating on either Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
- Show the completed review to the booth team and allow a quick photo capture as verification.
- After verification, participants are entitled to join the Lucky Draw Activity, where they can pick a prize ball from the blower box.
- Prizes will be distributed on the spot, and the moment will be documented for reporting purposes.
Limitations
- Each user may participate in this activity only once, even if they have access to both Android and iOS devices.
General Terms
- All vouchers and prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
- DataOn reserves the right to verify review submissions before final approval.
- Participants found to have submitted duplicate or false reviews may be disqualified from the program.
- Photo documentation during prize handover serves as proof of participation and will be used solely for internal validation.
- DataOn reserves the right to modify or terminate this program without prior notice if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

The Hall of Fame Review & Reward Program is created to recognize and celebrate the voices of the SunFish HR community. Your reviews not only serve as constructive feedback for ongoing product development but also contribute to strengthening SunFish HR’s presence within the international HR technology ecosystem.
