About the Lucky Draw Session
The Lucky Draw is an exclusive appreciation activity for participants who have successfully registered for the conference and reconfirmed their attendance on-site. Participants must register via QR code and be present until the closing session to win premium prizes such as the iPad Air M3, Huawei Watch GT 5 46MM, and Anker Eufy Robot Vacuum Omni C20, among other exciting giveaways.

How to Join The Program
To ensure fairness and smooth participation, all participants are required to follow the registration process below:
1. Download or Update SunFish HR Mobile App
Before joining the Lucky Draw, participants must download the SunFish HR Mobile App from Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Those who already have the app installed are required to update to the latest version to access the conference survey feature.
2. Scan the QR Code on Your Lanyard via SunFish HR Mobile App
On the event day, registered participants must scan the unique QR Code printed on the back of their lanyard using the SunFish HR Mobile App. This QR Code grants access to all SunFish booth activities and the Lucky Draw survey.
3. Enter Participant Details to Log In
Fill in your Full Name and Company Name accurately on the SunFish Mobile App after scanning the QR Code.
4. Complete the Conference Survey via SunFish HR Mobile
Participants must complete the survey available through announcement banner and push-app notification in the SunFish HR Mobile App to confirm their participation in the Lucky Draw.
5. Registration Deadline
The registration and survey for the Lucky Draw will be open during the first coffee break and will close at the end of the second coffee break. Participants who submit after this period will not be included in the Lucky Draw selection process.
Lucky Draw Session
The Lucky Draw will be conducted live on the main stage during the scheduled session. Please refer to the Official Conference Page for the Lucky Draw session time.
Draw and Winner Announcement
- Winners will be selected randomly through a digital spin draw system, conducted live on stage.
- The Master of Ceremony (MC) will announce the winners during the Lucky Draw Session.
- Participants must be present at the venue when their name is called.
- If a selected winner is absent or unresponsive when announced, their prize will be forfeited, and the draw will be repeated to select a new winner.
- All prizes will be awarded directly on the main stage immediately after the announcement.
Lucky Draw Completion
- The Lucky Draw will continue until three (3) winners have been successfully selected and verified.
- Once all three prizes have been awarded, the Lucky Draw Session will officially conclude.
General Terms
- The Lucky Draw is open exclusively to registered and survey participants in SunFish Mobile App of the DataOn 15th Annual HR Conference 2025.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
- Participants are not allowed to register multiple times or under different names.
- DataOn reserves the right to verify participant information and disqualify entries that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
- Photos or videos taken during the prize-giving ceremony may be used for event documentation and promotional purposes.
- DataOn reserves the right to modify or cancel the Lucky Draw in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
