Through this implementation, Brexa Raya Indonesia will use SunFish HR as part of its HR transformation to bring key workforce processes into a more integrated digital environment.
The project covers HR Base, Attendance Status Management, Standard Attendance, Advanced Attendance, Payroll, Claim, SunFish Mobile, and Development Kit. Together, these modules provide a foundation that connects employee information with attendance, payroll, claims, and employee self-service processes.
HR Base will support centralized employee information and core HR administration, while the attendance modules will help manage workforce attendance requirements with greater flexibility. Payroll and Claim will further connect employee-related transactions with HR operations, reducing the need to manage these activities through disconnected workflows.
SunFish Mobile extends access to HR services through mobile devices, enabling employees and managers to interact with relevant HR processes more conveniently. Meanwhile, the Development Kit provides additional flexibility to support implementation requirements and future system development.
From Project Kickoff to Implementation
The October 1 kickoff marks the beginning of the implementation process, with both teams establishing project alignment before moving into subsequent stages. This approach is intended to ensure that system configuration and deployment reflect Brexa Raya Indonesia’s operational requirements.
Rather than treating digitalization as the adoption of individual HR tools, the implementation connects multiple HR functions within a common ecosystem.
