The transition was marked by a Kickoff Meeting held on May 16, 2025, representing a strategic move to modernize HR operations and improve workforce management across its growing organization of 527 employees.
Founded in 2014 as a joint venture between FKS Group (Indonesia), Malayan Flour Mills Berhad (Malaysia), and Toyota Tsusho Corporation (Japan), Bungasari has become known for its innovation and quality in the wheat-based product industry. The company operates a high-capacity production facility in Cilegon, Banten, and distributes its products—such as Bola Salju, Golden Eagle, and Hana Emas—nationwide through depots in Jakarta, Medan, and Pontianak.

The previous system was functional but no longer met the company’s growing expectations for user experience and interface quality.
