This partnership combines what both companies do best—DataOn’s strong HR tech foundation and SRW&Co.’s expertise in providing solutions to organizations in various human resources management areas. Together, DataOn and SRW&Co. offer more than just systems or consulting— this collaboration will provide integrated solutions that are practical and impactful for organizations.
Through this collaboration, clients will now have access to a powerful combination of digital tools and HR consulting services—enabling them to not just automate HR processes, but truly transform how they manage people, performance, and planning.

- System Usage Reviews – offer a quick, one-time review to see how well the system is being used, and to suggest where it could be optimized or possibly expanded.
- HR Audits – provide regular check-ins for ongoing insight into areas like process efficiency, analytics usage, and employee engagement—helping HR teams to track progress and gaps and to continually improve.
- Custom Advisory Services – are available on-demand options for organizations that want deeper support in areas such as change management, performance design, talent development, workforce planning, or compensation strategy.

A stand-alone version is also under development for companies not currently using SunFish. Through API integration, they’ll be able to connect Profesio.io to their existing HRIS and benefit from these new features.

With a shared go-to-market strategy and joint marketing efforts, the partnership launches in Indonesia- with plans to expand across Southeast Asia.
