Jakarta, Indonesia – July 23, 2024 – DataOn Humanica, a leading Human Resource Information System (HRIS) provider in Southeast Asia, is thrilled to announce the beginning of our partnership with Grant Thornton Indonesia, a prominent global professional services firm. The collaboration will see Grant Thornton Indonesia implement DataOn Humanica’s leading HRIS, SunFish, to help them take care of any inefficiencies in their human resource management processes.
To initiate the partnership, key representatives from both companies joined together on a Kick-off Meeting on June 22, 2024 at the Grant Thornton Indonesia’s office in Semanggi to discuss the project scope, timelines, and person in charge during each phase of the project.
Grant Thornton Indonesia has adopted several SunFish modules to enhance its HR operations. The Core HR module, encompassing Organization Structure, Career, and Employee Information, will facilitate the efficient management of its extensive workforce and associated data.
The service firm also implemented Training and Performance modules to help them give better experience to their people. They also use Payroll and Tax modules, alongside Time Attendance modules so they can calculate and distribute payslips easily and more accurately. Overall, this robust platform will streamline HR operations, improve data management, and facilitate talent management initiatives across the organization.
