MMS Resources employs a loyal workforce of 500 people, who not only manage the coal production and trading but also handle internal operations. Their various locations and widespread employees are vital to their operational success. However, this dispersion also poses significant challenges for their HR management, especially since employees are rarely in the same location at the same time.
To address these challenges, MMS Resources sought the support of advanced HR tools, opting for SunFish, an HRIS solution provided by DataOn Humanica. On 10 September, DataOn Humanica and MMS Resources officially kicked off this partnership with a meeting to discuss the system’s implementation. Teams from both companies engaged in discussions on optimizing the HR processes.
MMS Resources is implementing several modules aligned with their needs for managing dispersed employees. These include SunFish’s HR Base, Attendance Status Management, Standard Attendance, Payroll, Indonesian Tax, Claims, Loans, and the Development Kit. All these processes can be managed remotely through the Workplaze Mobile app, which MMS Resources is also utilizing. With the mobile app, employees can handle requests, check their payroll, and access other HR services anytime, anywhere, which also benefits the HR team at headquarters.
