On Day 1 at 14:20 WIB, Kevin Ronaldo, Senior Presales at DataOn, delivered a technical session titled “AI in HR Systems: Smarter Workflows Without Losing Control.”
Addressing an audience of IT managers, CIO and CTO teams, and HR professionals, Kevin explored how AI can be embedded into enterprise HR systems to simplify processes, strengthen data validation, and generate real-time insights – without compromising system security, access control, or governance.

Inside Booth 73-74: The Before-and-After HR Experience
To demonstrate the concrete benefits of an integrated HR system, DataOn hosted an interactive experiential game at Booth 73-74. Visitors played through daily HR operations “before vs after” implementing an integrated HRIS platform.
The game contrasted the friction of manual administrative work – fragmented scheduling, manual data entry, payroll errors – against the speed and automation of SunFish HR’s integrated ecosystem.
