Jakarta, July 2025 – Taman Safari Indonesia, one of the country’s most iconic conservation-based wildlife parks, continues its digital transformation journey by launching Phase 2 of its SunFish HR system implementation with DataOn. The kickoff meeting took place on July 7, 2025, marking a strategic expansion of the system to support three of its key business units: Jakarta Aquarium, Taman Safari Bali, and Solo Safari. With over 1,100 employees across its operations, the organization is reinforcing its commitment to operational excellence and integrated workforce management.
As a member of global associations such as WAZA and SEAZA, and with over three decades of experience in wildlife conservation and education, Taman Safari Indonesia operates a vast network of wildlife attractions across Indonesia. Managing diverse HR needs across multiple locations calls for a robust and unified HR system. The adoption of SunFish HR enables Taman Safari Indonesia to streamline its HR processes while ensuring agility and transparency across all business units.
In this Phase 2 implementation, the company added new SunFish modules and features to accommodate its expanding HR needs. These include SunFish HR Base, Attendance Status Management, Standard Attendance, Payroll, Indonesian Tax, Loan Management, Recruitment Management, Online Recruitment, SunFish Mobile, and the Development Kit. These modules are designed to centralize HR data, ensure compliance, automate payroll and attendance processes, simplify recruitment workflows, and provide mobile access for HR functions.
This expansion allows HR operations in Jakarta Aquarium, Taman Safari Bali, and Solo Safari to become more standardized, secure, and integrated—supporting the company’s broader goal of delivering consistent and efficient HR services across all locations.
