Bogor, Indonesia \u2014 September 2026<\/strong> \u2014 DataOn, the company behind SunFish HR, brought employees together for a day of connection and shared experiences with residents of Panti Wreda Salam Sejahtera in Bogor on September 12, 2026. The visit was part of the \u201cBerbagi Kasih untuk Opa & Oma\u201d<\/strong> initiative, reflecting DataOn\u2019s commitment to creating a positive social impact beyond the workplace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Located in North Bogor, Panti Wreda Salam Sejahtera provides care and support for senior residents. As of May 2026, the home accommodated 45 residents, comprising 15 men and 30 women.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Creating Connections Through Shared Activities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The day began with an opening session, followed by a symbolic donation presented by Yus Wadi, COO of DataOn, to Mrs. Ana, a representative of Panti Wreda Salam Sejahtera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAs a business, we have a responsibility to ensure that our efforts create meaningful value for people across all parts of society. We hope this initiative brings moments of comfort and joy to Opa and Oma, while making their days a little more meaningful,<\/em>\u201d said Yus Wadi, COO of DataOn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The initiatives followed by a series of interactive activities that brought the residents and DataOn employees together. Through games, music, conversations, and shared moments, the program created an inclusive space where both generations could engage with one another in a relaxed and meaningful way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beyond bringing joy to the residents, the activities also gave Opa and Oma opportunities to share their stories, experiences, and life lessons. For DataOn employees, these interactions offered a chance to listen, learn, and appreciate perspectives shaped by a different generation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The session reflected an important part of the initiative: meaningful social impact is not only about what is given, but also about the time, attention, and connections shared with others. By encouraging genuine interaction, the program became a two-way experience in which both residents and employees could contribute to the moments they created together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The visit also included a birthday celebration for residents celebrating their birthdays in September, followed by gifts for game winners. Toward the end of the program, the DataOn team distributed gifts to the residents before gathering for a group photograph and closing the activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The initiative was also supported by colleagues from DataOn and Nissi Bintaro Campus, whose contributions helped make the activities and gifts for the residents possible. Their involvement reflected the collective spirit behind the program, extending participation beyond the employees who joined the visit in person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
