Each principle pays attention to a different part of the business which includes Corporate Governance, business ethics and work performance practices.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>\r\nThe policies and principles are reviewed annually or as seen as appropriate with the current situations and business environment. These principles also conform to the guidelines that have been set forth by SET, SEC, and other relevant governance agencies.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>\r\nHumanica\u2019s Corporate Governance Practices aim to meet international standards and to create better long-term performance for the company and the employees. Humanica vow to take on all the changes, create value within the company and be responsive to all shareholders, stakeholders and society as a whole.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>\r\nHumanica\u2019s Board of Directors has established the policy on Corporate Governance, business ethics, and work performance practices.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>\r\nThe policies are reviewed annually or as appropriate to keep up
