Under the Memorandum of Understanding, SunFish HR and VNPT have officially established a strategic partnership to integrate VNPT eContract and SmartCA Digital Signature into the SunFish HR platform. By combining SunFish HR’s comprehensive HR management platform with VNPT’s digital signing services, organizations can establish an end-to-end document workflow — from document creation and approval to signing and storage — within a single platform.
The solution also helps businesses comply with the requirements of Decree No. 337/2025/ND-CP and Circular No. 08/2026/TT-BNV, supporting the implementation of electronic labor contract processes in accordance with current regulations.
