Humanica follows eight principles which have been established by the Board of Directors in order to perform and fulfilled the role of ‘Public Limited Company in Thailand and Asia. Each principle pays attention to a different part of the business which includes Corporate Governance, business ethics and work performance practices.
The policies and principles are reviewed annually or as seen as appropriate with the current situations and business environment. These principles also conform to the guidelines that have been set forth by SET, SEC, and other relevant governance agencies.
