PT Alam Sutra Realty Tbk Chooses SunFish HR 5.5 to Improve HR Management
November 2014, Jakarta. Alam Sutra Realty decided to improve their HR management by using SunFish HR 5.5, a fully integrated solution providing from administrative work to strategic analysis. The organization uses the system to decrease help desk costs, bureaucracy, and improve accuracy for submission of requests and approvals. SunFish also helps manage comprehensive employee performance, including all of the business processes.
With the integration and streamlining of existing operational and administrative HR processes, the company plans to free the HR Department’s time to focus on more strategic functions such as employee engagement and retaining talent to address increased competitiveness in the labor market.
PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk (“Company”) was incorporated on 3 November 1993 under the name of PT Adhihutama Manunggal by Harjanto Tirtohadiguno and their families who focus their business activities in the field of property. The company changed its name to PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk by deed dated 19 September 2007 No. 71 made by Misahardi Wilamarta, SH, Notary in Jakarta. On December 18, 2007, the Company became a public company with a public offering in the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
After more than 19 years since its inception, the Company has become an integrated property developer focusing its business activities in the development and management of residential, commercial, industrial areas, and also the management of shopping centers, leisure centers and hospitality, also collectively known as, integrated area development.
