A modern, intuitive interface. SunFish 7 introduces a fully redesigned UI/UX — more consistent and easier to navigate, speeding up day-to-day HR operational tasks.
Mobility through SunFish Mobile. Attendance recording integrates GPS location tagging and facial recognition, and remains usable without an internet connection. Through Employee Self-Service (ESS), employees submit documents, track attendance, and access payslips independently — reducing routine administrative requests to the HR team.
Automated payroll and tax compliance. The payroll calculation engine and Indonesian Tax module automate tax and statutory contribution calculations accurately, with monthly, annual, and government statutory reporting built in.
Performance management and OKR. The company can align business objectives in real time through cascading goals under the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework, supported by AI-powered tools for building measurable performance evaluation plans.
