In line with its commitment to innovation and financial inclusion, Artajasa sought to enhance its HR processes through the implementation of a Human Resource Information System (HRIS). The company required a comprehensive platform to manage its 350 employees effectively, and ultimately chose DataOn Humanica’s SunFish.
On September 11, Artajasa and DataOn Humanica officially kicked off their partnership with the HRIS implementation. The kick-off meeting was held at Artajasa’s office in the Tangerang Selatan area.
Artajasa implemented several SunFish modules, including SunFish HR Base, Attendance Status Management, and Standard Attendance. They also adopted payroll management modules such as Payroll Management, Indonesian Tax, Salary Planning, and Claims.
Additionally, Artajasa enhanced its recruitment and employee development processes by implementing modules for Recruitment Management, Online Recruitment, Training, Advanced Performance, Talent Management, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and the Development Kit.
All these features are accessible via DataOn Humanica’s mobile HRIS platform, Workplaze Mobile.
